Together, and sometimes separately, they get out and enjoy their lives, and the stories of her day to day life can help you to relax and soothe yourself into a state in which you will be able to relax. As you read, you should find yourself calming down and preparing for a night of sleep. Each of the options that are provided to you should be fun and engaging without keeping you up at night.
