Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Der Lehrer / Pädagoge, Note: 1,3, Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Diskussion über Kriterien für guten Unterricht ist seit Jahrzehnten ein scheinbar nicht lösbarer Streitpunkt zwischen verschiedenen Bildungsforschern. Selbst bei grundlegenden Fragestellungen betreffend der Messbarmachung von Unterrichtsqualität konnte bisher kein zufriedenstellender Konsens gefunden werden. Unbestritten ist jedoch, dass "Guter Unterricht" eine Voraussetzung dafür sein sollte, Schülerleistungen und den Kompetenzerwerb in der Schule zu verbessern. Dabei ist allerdings zu bedenken, dass das alleinige Optimieren von Lernprozessen und Lehr-Lern-Settings bei gleichzeitigem Nichtbeachten anderer relevanter Faktoren nicht zielführend sein kann. Lernwirksamer Unterricht muss von verschiedenen Perspektiven aus verifiziert werden und wahrnehmbar sein. Sichtweisen von Schülerinnen und Schülern oder auch externen Beobachter werden dabei allzu oft vernachlässigt. Die Differenz zwischen den Wahrnehmungen der verschiedenen Teilnehmer am Unterrichtsgeschehen ist oftmals gravierend (Vgl. DITTON 2007, 9). Eine Möglichkeit, diese Ungleichheiten abzubauen, besteht darin, die Schüler als "kompetente Beurteiler von Unterricht [...] für die Verbesserung von Unterricht mit zu nutzen" (DITTON & ARNOLD 2004, 168.). Im Hinblick auf die Praxis trifft Evaluation und im speziellen das Schülerfeedback bislang auf wenig Akzeptanz. Im Gegenteil: Vorschläge zur kritischen Eigenreflexion stoßen aus verschiedensten Gründen bei vielen Lehrkräften geradezu auf Ablehnung. Dabei wird allerdings oftmals ausgeblendet, welches Potenzial Schülerfeedback hinsichtlich ihrer eigenen Lehrprofessionalität und Unterrichtsentwicklung haben kann.
