I have competed in high level sport for over thirty years and have tried nearly every single diet that I have heard of.There were positives and negatives for each diet. None ticked all of my boxes.
So I decided I wanted a plan that could fit into my lifestyle, that was achievable on the run, that gave me energy, and didn't let me go to bed hungry. I can't go to bed hungry, and all the diets seemed to do this. So I researched and combined the current sciences of a super high calorie keto diet, intermittent fasting, portion control, timing, walking and the French diet, and experimented on myself with this new formula. I easily lost 17kg in 8 weeks.
