Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich BWL - Bank, Börse, Versicherung, Note: 1, FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management gemeinnützige GmbH, Stuttgart, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die nachfolgende Ausarbeitung widmet sich der Bewertung der Lufthansa AG unter Zuhilfenahme des Multiplikatorverfahrens. In diesem Zusammenhang soll vor allem die Eignung der Methode in Bezug auf diesen konkreten Anwendungsfall ermittelt werden. Der Aufbau dieser Arbeit gliedert sich in mehrere Schritte. Zuerst wird die Lufthansa AG näher betrachtet und die verschiedenen Methoden zur Unternehmensbewertung aufgezeigt. Im Anschluss wird eine Peer Group zum Berechnen der Multiplikatoren gebildet. Eine Peer Group ist eine Gruppe, in diesem Fall sind es Unternehmen, die die gleichen Interessen, dieselbe Branche und im besten Fall dieselben Geschäftsfelder vertreten. Der Vergleich soll Aufschluss darüber geben, ob die Lufthansa AG im Bezug auf ihren Unternehmenswert dem sogenannten Enterprise Value angemessen bewertet ist. Der Vergleich wird mittels dem Multiplikatorenverfahren durchgeführt. Das Multiplikatorenverfahren bietet sich besonders dann an, wenn nicht ausreichend Plandaten für z.B. ein DCF-Verfahren verfügbar sind. Im Anschluss soll zu dieser Unternehmensbewertung kritisch Stellung genommen werden und mögliche Schwächen, Stärken oder andere Abweichungen der Bewertung näher analysiert werden. Seit nun mehr über einem Jahr wird das private, gesellschaftliche und öffentliche Leben im Zuge zahlreicher Maßnahmen zur Eindämmung der Corona-Pandemie zunehmend eingeschränkt. Während einige wirtschaftliche Sektoren, wie der Online-Handel stark von den Restriktionen profitieren, erleiden andere, wie etwa die Kultur- und Veranstaltungsbranche, aber auch die Tourismusindustrie enorme wirtschaftliche Einbrüche.
