About the Book

In dieser Studie wird die Beziehung zwischen Belohnungen und der Arbeitszufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter der Ethiopian Insurance Corporation empirisch untersucht. Das Ziel dieser Studie ist es, dass das Unternehmen zufriedene, kompetente und engagierte Mitarbeiter hat, um die Gesamtziele und -vorgaben besser erreichen zu können. Für die Studie wurden sowohl primäre als auch sekundäre Datenquellen verwendet. Es wurden 258 Fragebögen verteilt und 224 ausgefüllte Fragebögen zurückgesandt, was einer Rücklaufquote von 86,8 % entspricht. Es wurde eine stratifizierende Stichprobenmethode angewandt und die Mitarbeiter wurden aus jeder Schicht mit einer einfachen Zufallsstichprobentechnik ausgewählt. Die Daten wurden mit Hilfe von deskriptiven, Korrelations- und multiplen Regressionsanalysen ausgewertet. Die Ergebnisse der Studie zeigen, dass die persönliche Entwicklung und Förderung in einem starken positiven Zusammenhang (r=0,481, p0,05) und den Leistungen (r=-0,011, p>0,05).
