François ELANDI is holder of a Ph.D. Doctorate in Marketing and Sciences of Information and Communication of Organizations, superior technician in creation and management of enterprises, specialist in transportation and engineering, Expert in industrial Marketing for enterprises and Spin doctor in political marketing and communication for political personalities, he develops his mercantilist research in the clarification of the tools of helps to the decision making for the enterprises of the emergent countries. Author of several technical works: "Engineering of industrial facilities zones", "Bilingual lexicon for Transportation ", "Bilingual dictionary of terms: banks, Finance, Money, Financial markets", " dictionary of Political Marketing & communication" "Bilingual dictionary of Marketing & Communication terms", "Bilingual lexicon terms for the practice of law", "Marketing Check-list ". Professor in different public and private university colleges and in an International Business School in Cameroon, he is also the Secretary General of ICC CEMAC (International Chamber of Commerce of CEMAC ZONE).

François ELANDI est titulaire d'un Doctorat/Ph. D. en Marketing et Sciences de l'Information et de la Communication des organisations, technicien supérieur en création et gestion d'entreprises, spécialiste en transport et logistique industrielle, Consultant en Marketing industriel, auprès des entreprises et Conseiller en Marketing et communication politiques auprès des personnalités politiques. Il développe ses recherches mercantilistes dans la mise au point des outils d'aides à la prise de decision pour les entreprises des pays émergents. Auteur de plusieurs ouvrages techniques dont L'Ingénierie des zones d'installations industrielles, Vocabulaire bilingue du Transport, Dictionnaire bilingue des termes Banques, Bourses, Finances et Monnaie, Marchés financiers, Dictionnaire Marketing & Communication politique, Dictionnaire bilingue des termes Marketing et Communication, Justice et Droit pratiques & lexique Bilingue des Termes juridiques, Marketing Check-list, Enseignant dans des grandes écoles universitaires publiques et privées de communication et à l'école des Hautes Etudes Commerciales au Cameroun, il exerce également la fonction de secrétaire général à la Chambre de Commerce Internationale CEMAC (ICC CEMAC).
