Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich Didaktik - Sport, Sportpädagogik, Note: 2,3, Studienseminar für Lehrämter an Schulen in Kleve, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Orientiert sich der Unterricht an den leistungsschwachen SuS, verlieren die leistungsstarken SuS ihre Motivation; umgekehrt werden die leistungsschwachen SuS überfordert. Aus dieser Situation darf allerdings keine Entscheidungsfrage "entweder - oder" entwickelt werden. Vielmehr müssen die einzelnen SuS in ihren Lernprozessen unterschiedlich unterstützt werden. Es müssen im Unterricht Situationen geschaffen werden, in denen sowohl die leistungsstarken wie auch die leistungsschwächeren SuS die Hilfe erhalten, die sie für ihren Entwicklungsprozess benötigen. Eine Lösung dieses Problems liegt in einer Binnendifferenzierung, welche in der Literatur und Praxis der individuellen Förderung untergeordnet werden kann. Aus diesem Grund wird in der vorliegenden Arbeit gleichwertig sowohl von Binnendifferenzierung als auch von individueller Förderung gesprochen. Im Sinne der Binnendifferenzierung muss der Unterricht so ausgerichtet werden, dass alle SuS mit ihren Stärken und Schwächen angemessen berücksichtigt werden. Die vorliegende Arbeit setzt an diesen skizzierten Aspekten an, indem sie Möglichkeiten und Chancen der individuellen Förderung innerhalb des Faches Sport herausstellt. Das dazu entwickelte Konzept zeigt eine Möglichkeit zur individuellen Förderung im Bereich der konditionellen Fähigkeiten (Ausdauer, Kraft, Schnelligkeit) auf. Erprobt werden soll es in einem 11er Gk. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit werden die Entwicklung, Erprobung und Reflexion des Konzepts erläutert. Dabei sind insbesondere drei Lehrerfunktionen gefordert: das Diagnostizieren und Fördern, das Beraten sowie das Innovieren. Der Schwerpunkt wird dabei auf das Diagnostizieren und Fördern gelegt.
