About the Book

In the small mountain lake town of Beech Creek, Kentucky, a young girl named Lexie returns home after being away for a year. She had been hiding from a vampire named Blade, who had let her go on the condition that she leave town. Blade had spared her life because of her father, Den, who was a medicine man and warlock. However, Lexie had no idea about her own magical abilities or her family's supernatural legacy.

Upon returning to Beech Creek, Lexie meets a handsome stranger named Drake Ashmore. Their initial interactions are friendly but somewhat guarded. As they spend more time together, Lexie begins to realize that there is something different about Drake. He is not like anyone else she has ever met before, and he seems to have an otherworldly presence.

As Lexie and Drake grow closer, she discovers that he is actually a vampire. This revelation shocks her, but it also makes sense given the strange occurrences happening in Beech Creek. There are rumors of witches and spirit wolves lurking in the shadows, and Lexie soon realizes that she is caught in the middle of a supernatural battle.

The conflict in the story rises as Lexie learns more about her family's magical background and how it is intertwined with the vampires and other creatures in Beech Creek. She discovers that her father was not just a simple medicine man but also a powerful warlock who had been protecting the town from evil forces for years. Lexie must now step into her own power and embrace her true identity as a witch if she hopes to save herself and those she loves from the dangers lurking in Beech Creek.

As the story reaches its climax, Lexie must face off against Blade, the vampire who had spared her life before. She uses her newly discovered magical abilities to defeat him and protect Beech Creek from his dark influence. In the end, Lexie and Drake share a tender moment, and she realizes that she has found her true home in Beech Creek.

Overall, this novel is a thrilling tale of supernatural powers, forbidden love, and the struggle between good and evil. With its richly drawn characters and vivid setting, it will transport readers to a world where anything is possible and magic is real.
