About the Book

Ganya is torn apart by the failing Weave and evil now has a free hand. The Burneans have taken the northern city of Uruk and have their sights on Khabur, the ancient capital of Sunan. Litanus, in a downward spiral of depravity, finds strength in chaos. But what is his relationship to the twins and will he stand in their way? And what of the mystical island of Ur and why does Ben feel so drawn to it? The prophecy says that Tul and Jack need to find each other so together, they can withstand the growing evil? They can see that the world is ending, but also now see the great evil that mankind has created. And the twins question whether man's world is really worth saving.
About the Author: Howard Gurney is the author of the PATH TO CHAOS epic fantasy fiction trilogy: TWIN, THE THREAD FRAYS and CHAOS. The PATH TO CHAOS trilogy is now nearing completion. TWIN was published on Amazon in December 2015 and now the other two books in the trilogy, THE THREAD FRAYS and CHAOS, have been released. Howard lives in Sydney Australia with his wife and five children, and a cat. The trilogy is based in Ganya, a world thrown into a two-thousand-year long winter after the God, Ea, threw down a star to smite the Toscian invaders. Tul and Jack are twins who are brutally separated at birth by monks searching for victims for their blood sacrifices. The dark monks are a secret sect of the great Monastery of Saint Bernard situated in the frozen northern mountains of Ganya. The monks seek to destroy the Weave that separates hell from the world. Somehow the twins survive and Tul is raised as a novice monk in the monastery with no knowledge of his family. Jack is left with a weakness of his arm and leg after the monk's attack, and grows up on an isolated farm in far southern Ganya. When the monks uncover a prophecy which reveals that a set of twins will heal the Weave, they set out to find them and kill them. Tul and Jack each escape the initial attacks but then realize what they need to do. They must find each other to save themselves. And also to save the world.
