Michael also developed TeamScene(R), a teamwork competency model for leadership teams, to help improve teamwork dynamics in the business world. When he consults with leadership teams, he uses experiential project-planning exercises, develops the innovator's mind-set, rebuilds trust in team members' working relationships, develops core values, and aligns roles and responsibilities. When he first started out, Michael worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers as a CPA. He was a board member for the Houston CPA Society and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Houston. Michael earned the senior certification in the Birkman Method personality profile. He also led a group of certified Birkman consultants for six years.
