Aber auch die Exilsituation, Brechts Netz von Korrespondenten und Bekannten in der Zeit des Svendborger Aufenthalts werden - auch aus der Sicht des jungen Stefan Brecht und dessen lokaler Freundschaften - berücksichtigt. Entstehung und Gestaltung von Stefan Brechts Briefen und Bertolt Brechts Kinderlieder erhalten von hier aus eine Analyse aus neuer Sicht. Stefan Brechts weitere Entwicklung als Theaterkritiker und Lyriker in zwei Sprachen wird erstmals gewürdigt. Zahlreiche bisher unbekannte und unveröffentlichte Dokumente ermöglichen eine neue, differenzierte Darstellung von 'Brechts Söhnen'. Die Sammlungen von Brechts Kinderlieder werden vorgestellt, einzelne Gedichte interpretiert.
About the Author: Die Autoren: Wolfgang Conrad, geboren 1949; seit 1995 Professor für Deutsche Literatur und ihre Didaktik an der Technischen Universität zu Braunschweig; Studium des Lehramts Deutsch und Geschichte in Potsdam; nach dem Schuldienst 1979 Promotion zur empirischen Rezeptionsforschung; 1989 Habilitation über die Brecht-Rezeption durch die DDR-Schule.
Ernst-Ullrich Pinkert, geboren 1944; 1969-1976 Lektortätigkeit in Schweden und Frankreich; seit 1976 assoziierter Professor am Institut für Sprache und Kultur der Universität Aalborg (Dänemark); Leiter des Centers für deutsch-dänischen Kulturtransfer; Mitglied des Dänischen PEN-Clubs; Forschungsschwerpunkte: Vormärz, Wien um 1900, Exilliteratur, deutsch-skandinavische Kulturbeziehungen.
Erich Unglaub, geboren 1947; Studium der Germanistik und Geschichte an der Universität München; Promotion über die Rezeptionsgeschichte von Jakob Michael Reinhold Lenz; Untersuchungen zum Werk Rainer Maria Rilkes, Hans Carossas, zum Ikarus-Mythos und zu deutsch-skandinavischen Literaturbeziehungen; seit 2001 Professor für Deutsche Literatur und ihre Didaktik an der Technischen Universität zu Braunschweig.
