About the Author: Rüdiger Mahnicke ist ein ausgewiesener Experte des deutschen und internationalen Geschäftsreisemarktes und seit 2008 Geschäftsführer und Inhaber der Hamburger Unternehmensberatung Steinberg & Partner.
