A daydreamer since childhood, her teachers detected in her a flare for writing at a young age. Upon graduation from high school, however, Zomick put her aspirations toward writing on the back burner in favor of pursuing a career that would better equip her to pay the bills.
Zomick attended St. John's University as a paralegal major and spent fifteen years working in the legal field in New Jersey.
