Dr. Marcia LaReau is the Founder and President of Forward Motion, LLC. She has helped hundreds of professionals resurrect their careers after a lay-off. Marcia has also carried out years of research into the software used today by more and more employers to screen job applicants. She writes and lectures extensively on successful job-search strategies. She lives in Hartford, Connecticut.
