Unlike conventional diets, on keto, fuel for energy comes from your own body fat, meaning that you have an unlimited energy source. This eliminates ravenous hunger associated with blood sugar fluctuations on carb diets and is what makes keto sustainable long term. As long as you follow it correctly, consistently, and are patient and persevere, you will achieve your fat loss goals, I promise.
