About the Author: Meet Children's Book Author: Alexander Jarmusz Alexander Jarmusz wrote the story and hand-drew the illustrations for the original Chester book when he was twelve years old. His mother rediscovered the original book and the author decided to share Chester's timeless positive messages with others.

As a child, growing up with Justin, his brother with physical and intellectual disabilities, the author was provided with many opportunities to interact with different people. This became the inspiration for Chester Becomes President.
