She was earlier Chairperson and Dean in GJ University of Science & Technology, Hisar and Kurukshetra University, Visiting Fellow in Department of Biosystems Engineering, University of Manitoba, Canada. Her research areas include Ecotechnology, Bioremediation, Bioenergy, Sustainable development, and Environmental Impact assessment.
