Impasto: 5 uova, 150 g di zucchero, 3 cucchiai. cucchiai di farina, 2 cucchiai, cucchiai di fecola di patate, 2 cucchiai. cucchiai di cacao, 1 cucchiaino di lievito in polvere. Per ungere la tegliaburro, pangrattato.
Ripieno e copertura: 2-2 tazze e mezzo di panna al 35%, 1-2 cucchiaini di zucchero, 3-4 banane, cioccolato.
Cuocere un biscotto su una teglia e arrotolarlo subito in un rotolo (vedi rotolo di biscotti con crema di cagliata).
Raffreddare la panna e sbattere con lo zucchero in una schiuma forte. Mescolare 2/3 della panna con le fettebanana, coprire con loro il rotolo raffreddato spiegato, arrotolarlo di nuovo e metterlo su un
piatto. Coprire il rotolo con la crema rimasta, decorare con pezzetti di cioccolato e mettere in frigo.
Invece delle banane, puoi usare fragole fresche, lamponi o frutta in scatola. "TRONCO DI BETULLA" CON CREMA AL BURRO

Ripieno: 1 bicchiere di marmellata di frutta o frutti di bosco (preferibilmente acida).
Copertura: 150-200 g di crema alla vaniglia (vedi creme all'olio); per la decorazione 1 cucchiaino di cacao, 2 cucchiaini di acqua calda, noci o mandorle verdi.

Preparare la pasta biscotto, cuocere un biscotto quadrato su una teglia, coprire con la marmellata earrotolare in un rotolo stretto. Questo rotolo dovrebbe essere più corto e leggermente più spesso rispetto ai casi precedenti. Tagliare i bordi del rotolo raffreddato. Arrotolare la carta pergamena, mettere
crema di burro in esso.
Taglia la punta del cornetto in modo da ottenere un buco largo 2 mm. Applicare la crema al burro sul rotolo, coprendo anche i bordi del rotolo. Mescolare il cacao in polvere con 2 cucchiaini di
acqua calda. Immergi un bastoncino di legno con l'estremità sottile nella soluzione e disegna delle linee con esso sulla superficie del rotolo di biscotti ricoperto di crema leggera in modo che assomigli a un tronco di betulla. Guarnire con noci tritate o mandorle verdi.
