About the Author: Dr. Vaida Pilinkiene is a Professor at Department of Economics and Chair of Study Programme Committee, School of Economics and Business, Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania. Her research is focused on industry and firm competitiveness, business environment analysis, demand forecasting.
Dr. Vilma Deltuvaite is a Lecturer at Department of Finance, School of Economics and Business, Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania. She has Accounting and Logistics specialist, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Head of Logistics department, General manager (CEO) working experience in private enterprises. She has also worked as a visiting researcher at the Central Bank of Lithuania. She obtained a doctoral degree in Social Sciences (Management) at Kaunas University of Technology in 2013. Research interests: systemic risk management in banking sector, banking crises, banking sector's financial stability, assessment of banks' profitability and efficiency, cross-border contagion risk.
Dr. Asta Daunoriene is a Lecturer at Department of Management, School of Economics and Business, Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania. Research area: quality management, project quality and risk management, industry competitiveness and analysis.
Dr. Vaidas Gaidelys is a Professor at Department of Economics, School of Economics and Business, Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania. The main research area is following: international business and taxes, state economic policy, European integration economics, offshore centres and offshore businesses. He is actively involved into various local and international research projects.
