Benoit is the author of "Retail Coaching" book, currently available in English, Spanish and French. He is the key reference of this discipline globally. Through Coaching he sees that we can empower the retailer as the "Front Line" of business to achieve Breakthrough into the driver of "Bottom line", and do so in a way that is consistent with the company's higher values and commitments to their shareholders. Through his company CapKelenn and with his team, Benoit transmits this method to Retailers of all sizes (from the corner shop to the mass market) and all sectors (fashion, jewelry, pharmacy, bakery, food, hotels, decoration, etc...).
