In 2008 a family's dreams were truly shattered by ConnectEast who failed to build the EastLink toll road as it had been planned to perfection by VicRoads.
ConnectEast, a fortuitously named company which has never ever been involved with any major road project such as EastLink; was created in 1999 by Macquarie Bank four years before EastLink was announced.
Was that brilliant foresight or insider knowledge?
Macquarie Bank raised more than billion dollars in 2004 for ConnectEast with a dishonest Product Disclosure Statement.
Has anyone ever before written a book that roasts the Victorian Supreme and Appeal Courts, and the High Court of Australia; backed up with the facts to reveal a never disputed miscarriage of Justice?
Getting the book published was much more complicated than I imagined. I submitted the first few pages of a couple of chapters which named names to some publishers.
Any feedback I got advised it should be edited.
After being passed over by a few editors, one was brutally honest. He told me no publisher or editor will ever put their name in the book "As Is" without major re writes because of potential legal actions.
Obviously, this meant any publisher who read chapters where I named two High Court Judges as evasively obstructing due process and perverting the course of Justice; would tell me to get lost.
Repeatedly naming the Judges in mass media has not led to me being charged with either libel, slander or defamation.
The book reveals the unethical evasiveness of Victorian Courts and the High Court of Australia which all failed to answer one simple legal question in defiance of an established High Court ruling and the United Nations Rule of Law.
The story exposes the outright lies told by VicRoads, the Southern and Eastern Integrated Transport Authority (SEITA) and the immoral unethical manipulative denial of Freedom of Information by the Ombudsman and OVIC to protect their own or other Government Departments.
Every EastLink toll payer is now contributing to profits completely produced in Victoria to be paid overseas, including China and Korea, until the year 2043. And possibly longer.
There may be a way to stop this.
