After trying different methods to minimize depression, I.C. tried another approach: trying to understand how to create the worst lifestyle, searching for what factors it depends upon. To try to find what leads into the worst lifestyle and depression, and then use that information to light up the roadmap out of depression and the worst lifestyle. And for some strange reason it worked for I.C., it made depression slowly disappear. So here is the book, if it can be of use to someone else.
