Saumon grillé

L'un des avantages du saumon en conserve est que, contrairement au saumon frais, il ne se gâtera pas en une semaine si vous oubliez de le faire cuire. Il y a beaucoup à dire sur la commodité du poisson en conserve.

Saumon cru

Le saumon frais et cru est chargé d'acides gras oméga-3 et a une saveur merveilleuse. Le saumon cru est souvent servi en sushi ou en sashimi, mais vous pouvez également trouver du carpaccio de saumon, du crudo ou du ceviche.
