Sous Vide est une méthode de cuisson qui utilise une température de cuisson lente et précise et donne des repas de qualité restaurant qui sont non seulement constants mais aussi incroyablement délicieux.


Cette technique de cuisson existe depuis longtemps, mais s'est récemment imposée grâce à l'équipement Sous Vide facile à utiliser et facile à utiliser.


Sous vide, qui signifie sous vide en français, est le processus d'emballage sous vide des aliments, généralement dans un sac, et de les cuire dans de l'eau à une température précise.


Cela peut sembler fantaisiste, mais à part les plats raffinés, il n'y a rien de complexe dans la méthode de cuisson. Le processus est super simple et ne comprend que trois étapes de cuisson:


1.Connectez la machine Sous Vide à une casserole d'eau et réglez la température de cuisson exacte.

2.Placez les aliments dans un sac refermable, éliminez l'excès d'air et scellez le sac.

3. Plongez le sac dans l'eau préchauffée et laissez cuire le temps nécessaire pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats.


Si vous souhaitez ajouter une couche extérieure croustillante, vous pouvez terminer votre nourriture en la saisissant ou en la faisant griller.
