About the Author: Saurabh Gairola is a professional chef and lives in Luxembourg. He holds a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Bachelors degree in hospitality. He was born in Dehradun, a city at the foothills of Himalayas in India. Being an excellent student in college and graduating with top scores, he joined Management Training Program of Taj group of Hotels. This intense training program laid the foundation for the young chef to learn the tricks of the trade. Getting trained in the best hotels of the group, he was given the opportunity to be a part of opening team of Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace, a luxury palace in Jodhpur. He also worked with food retail industry in India. Later in his career he moved to Helsinki, Finland to familiarize Fins with Indian spices and curries. He is also well acquainted with Ayurvedic cooking principles and holds a certificate in Ayurvedic cooking.
