¿Cómo podemos vivir con más salud y tener calidad de vida?

Es posible que una gran parte de las enfermedades tenga un origen de nuestras emociones.
Nuestro cuerpo guarda en su memoria los acontecimientos pasados, y es en nuestro cerebro donde impactan los traumas psicológicos y los conflictos emocionales que hemos vivido. Todo esto puede afectarnos y crear enfermedades.
La enfermedad se manifiesta cuando el cuerpo, el alma y el espíritu han perdido la estabilidad emocional y espiritual. Así que cuando hay un desequilibrio entre el cuerpo, el alma y espíritu, empezarán a manifestarse síntomas de enfermedades. Vivir con más salud parece una meta difícil, pero en realidad es simplemente proponerse hacerlo.

Aquí doy unas recomendaciones de cómo vivir con salud y tener calidad de vida tanto física como mental:

  • Siempre vivir la vida con ilusión.
  • Vivir con alegría y optimismo.
  • Se feliz con lo que tiene y acéptate tal como eres.
  • Amate a ti mismo y ama a los demás sin condiciones.
  • Descansar y dormir bien es importante para tener calidad de vida.
  • Exteriorizar sus sentimientos hará que tenga salud y calidad de vida.
  • Vivir cada día y celebrarlo, porque estar vivo es un regalo de la vida.
  • Manténgase activo físico y mentalmente, eso hará que tenga mejor salud.
  • Vive sonriente y reír a carcajadas para ahuyentar las preocupaciones y las tristezas.
  • Alimenta tu mente con pensamientos positivos y saludables, para que tu cuerpo pueda reflejar salud.
  • Hacer una dieta nutritiva, equilibrada y complementarla con recetas basadas en medicina natural tradicional para que pueda vivir con salud y tener calidad de vida.
Para que podamos mantener un cuerpo fuerte y saludable no es solo para vernos bien o para tener una buena silueta. Es importante que nos cuidemos por dentro y por fuera.
Es recomendable consumir vegetales, frutas, hierbas medicinales.
Por ejemplo: para mantener una excelente salud y vivir con calidad de vida habría que consumir tila, arándano (bueno para el cerebro), fresa, romero (bueno para el corazón), jengibre, orégano (bueno para los pulmones), piña, diente de león (bueno para el hígado), papaya, calabaza (bueno para el estómago), remolacha, flor de Jamaica-hibisco (bueno para el riñón), aloe vera, legumbres (bueno para los intestinos).
