Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Persönlichkeitspsychologie, Note: 1,3, FernUniversität Hagen (Fakultät für Psychologie), Veranstaltung: Empirisches Praktikum, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Um die Effekte der "Dark Traits" auf das kontraproduktive Arbeitsverhalten im virtuellen Kontext, der zu Zeiten stetig voranschreitender Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen zunehmend an Bedeutung gewinnt, besser verstehen, zukünftig genauer vorhersagen und kontrollieren zu können, widmet sich die hiesige Forschungsarbeit folgenden Hypothesen, die im Rahmen virtueller Arbeitsgruppen geprüft werden. H1a: Personen mit hohen Ausprägungen der Persönlichkeitsmerkmale der dunklen Tetrade weisen ein erhöhtes Auftreten von kontraproduktivem Arbeitsverhalten auf. H1b: Personen mit hohen Ausprägungen des Persönlichkeitsmerkmals Alltags-Sadismus weisen einen erhöhten egozentrischen Führungsstil als Ausdruck von kontraproduktivem Arbeitsverhalten auf. H2: Im zeitlichen Verlauf begünstigt eine asynchrone Kommunikationsform als Moderatorvariable ein erhöhtes Auftreten von kontraproduktivem Arbeitsverhalten bei Personen mit hohen Ausprägungen der Persönlichkeitsmerkmale der dunklen Tetrade. H3: Eine niedrige durchschnittliche Ausprägung der wahrgenommenen Demokratie in der Gruppe begünstigt als Mediatorvariable im Mittel ein erhöhtes Auftreten von kontraproduktivem Arbeitsverhalten bei Personen mit hohen Ausprägungen der Persönlichkeitsmerkmale der dunklen Tetrade. Der Mediator korreliert dabei negativ mit den Persönlichkeitsmerkmalen der dunklen Tetrade und mit dem erhöhten Auftreten von kontraproduktivem Arbeitsverhalten. Wie aus einer umfangreichen aktuellen Studie hervorgeht, ist Cybermobbing als stetig wachsendes und ernstzunehmendes Problem anzusehen, mit dem sich inzwischen 17,3% der Schüler und Schülerinnen in Deutschland konfrontiert sehen.
