Bachelorarbeit aus dem Fachbereich Sport - Medien und Kommunikation, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Arbeit wird die Darstellung des Sports auf Instagram aufgrund des Aktualitätsbezuges und Beliebtheit dieses Themas genauer untersucht. Dafür werden Fitness-Profile von Instagram ausgewählt und unter verschiedenen Gesichtspunkten analysiert. Die konkrete Forschungsfrage dieser Arbeit lautet: "Wie wird der Sport von Social-Influencer*innen auf Instagram dargestellt ?" Ziel der Arbeit ist es, mit Hilfe einer systematischen Account-Analyse die Darstellungsform des Sports durch Fitness-Influencer*innen auf visueller und sprachlicher Ebene zu beleuchten und herauszustellen, welchen Stellenwert der Sport im Kontext der sozialen Medien durch Fitness-Influencer*innen einnimmt. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen werden im ersten theoretischen Teil der Arbeit Merkmale von sozialen Medien und vor allem von Instagram vorgestellt. Außerdem wird die Gründungsgeschichte und die Entwicklung von Instagram erläutert. Zum besseren Verständnis werden im Anschluss spezifische Begriffe bei der Nutzung von Instagram definiert. Weitere inhaltliche Schwerpunkte dieser Arbeit sind der Sport und Influencer*innen. Daher wird zunächst der Aspekt des Social Marketings durch Influencer*innen behandelt und tiefer beleuchtet. Die sozialen Medien sind ein Themenfeld, welches noch wenig erforscht ist. Dies liegt unter anderem daran, dass sie noch nicht lange existieren. Die meisten Studien haben bisher die Auswirkungen von erhöhtem Social Media Konsum untersucht. Die Ergebnisse der Studie von dem englischen Institut Royal Society of Public Health zeigen, dass eine erhöhte Nutzung sozialer Medien bei Jugendlichen zu Schlafstörungen, Unzufriedenheit und zu Depressionen führen kann. In den Studien wurde allerdings nicht differenziert, welche Inhalte die Teilnehmer*innen konsumierten.
