Die Leitfragen der Untersuchung lauten: Ist das neue Recht und System des Staatsdienstes in Polen ein eigenes, neuartiges Modell? Ist Polen auf dem Weg zu einem Recht des öffentlichen Dienstes? Sind die Vorgaben des europäischen Gemeinschaftsrechts erfüllt? Ein ausführlicher Anhang enthält erstmals die deutschen Übersetzungen der einschlägigen polnischen Gesetze.
About the Author: Der Autor: Niels v. Redecker, geboren 1970. Studium der Rechtswissenschaften und der osteuropäischen Geschichte an den Universitäten Freiburg, Hamburg und Bradford von 1991 bis 1997. Nach dem Studium Rechtsberater im estnischen Justizministerium und Anwaltspraktikant in Polen. Während des Referendariats Dozent an der Universität Tartu (Dorpat). Seit 2000 wissenschaftlicher Referent für Polen am Institut für Ostrecht München (www.ostrecht.de). Rechtsanwalt. Redakteur des Jahrbuchs für Ostrecht. Zahlreiche Veröffentlichungen und Vorträge zu Recht und Geschichte Osteuropas.
