About the Book

"How high does this chair go?" is a question Boone Butterfinkle will never ask his barber again. The chair doesn't stop until a vortex sucks Boone through the ceiling, thrusting him into a world equipped to stop his bullying. If only Brianne Watchler hadn't gone from geeky to drop-dead-gorgeous overnight and refused to be his girl, Boone wouldn't have wreaked havoc on every boy who looked her way. Now he's in a world that specializes in deprogramming bullies by turning them into robots, and Boone's their main target. Find out who wins the war between the computer nerds and the bullies in the first of The Barber Chair Series: Deprogramming a Bully!
About the Author: Kathy Rae lives in Spokane Valley, Washington, and ran her own barber business for thirty-five years. Working with people provided an endless avenue of inspiration for new books. Besides reading and writing, Kathy loves carpentry, landscaping, music, and anything that involves creating. If she is creating, she is a happy woman! Kathy has completed The Institute of Children's Literature course and is a member of The American Christian Fiction Writers, Jerry Jenkins Writer's Guild, Writers and Illustrators of Children and Y/A Books, the INWG Writer's Guild, as well as the Christian Small Publishers Association. Kathy's first book, The Jewel of Hope: Book 1 of The Hope Trilogy, was published in 2014 with CreateSpace. K.Rae Kreations published Kathy's second book, Ducky Day or Yucky Day You Choose, in 2015. K.Rae Kreations also published in 2016 an Adult Coloring Book series including: Stained Glass Windows and U.S. Military Monuments. A new line of Coloring Storybooks will also be available starting with Ducky Day or Yucky Day You Choose. Deprogramming A Bully: Book 1 of The Barber Chairs series is the first book for 2017. Kathy's motivation to write is to engage the Millennials and the generations below to a relationship with Jesus, so God can use them like no generation before. They have been selected by the Lord God to exist for such a time as this! Great things are up ahead for those who understand that calling!
