Kunden-Manager schlieBlich ist der Mann (oder die Frau), der (die) den erfolgreichen Kontakt zwischen dem Unternehmen und den Kunden halt. Kunden-Manager - dahinter steht ein Konzept. Es beinhaltet vor allem eine Verpflichtung fUr das Management, den Verkaufer heute nicht mehr drauBen im Regen stehen zu lassen und selbst gemiitlich drinnen im Warmen zu sitzen. Es bedeutet, daB das Vertriebsmana- gement mit dem iibrigen Management zusammen einen MaBnah- menplan erarbeitet, der das Unternehmen in kiirzester Zeit dahin bringen kann, daB es nicht mehr Produkte verkauft, sondern zum Beispiel die Kunden bei ihrer Zukunftssicherung unterstiitzt. Wir nennen dieses Konzept das Kunden-Manager-Konzept.
