Die Akademisierung der Gewerbelehrer/innen-Ausbildung in den 1960er Jahren hat zwar den Wissenschaftsbezug geschaffen. Aber bis heute ist unklar, wie auch der Bezug zum Tätigkeitsfeld -zur Praxis - der Berufsschullehrer/innen im Studium gewährleistet werden kann. Von dieser These geht der Verfasser aus. Die dominante Orientierung des Berufsschullehramts-Studiums am jeweiligen Diplomstudiengang statt am Berufsfeld wird dabei als Korrespondenzproblem Beruflicher Fachrichtungen behandelt.
Mit diesem Untersuchungsansatz setzt der Verfasser eine zweifache Praxis der Berufsschullehrer/innen voraus, eine schulische und eine betriebliche Praxis, auf die sich das Studium beziehen soll. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, den zweifachen Praxisbezug im Studiengang Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft bundesweit zu untersuchen und auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse neue Aspekte der Praxisorientierung zu entwickeln.
About the Author: Der Autor: Henrik Michaels, geboren 1958, Berufsausbildung und Fachstudium zum Diplom-Braumeister, studierte an der TU Berlin die Berufliche Fachrichtung Ernährungswissenschaft/Lebensmitteltechnologie. Nach dem Zweiten Staatsexamen arbeitete er von 1994 bis 1996 als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Institut für berufliche Bildung, Hochschulbildung und Weiterbildungsforschung der TU Berlin. Während dieser Zeit koordinierte er das Studienreformprojekt zur Neugestaltung des Berufsschullehrer/innen-Studiums. Anschließend promovierte er neben seiner Tätigkeit als Studienrat an der Emil-Fischer-Schule (OSZ Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft, Berlin) zum Dr. phil. Seine Schwerpunkte liegen in der vergleichenden Studiengangforschung und der Berufsfeld-Analyse.
