Tu sais que ton histoire mériterait un livre, c'est un vrai scénario, un conte de fées des temps modernes... Voilà les commentaires que je pouvais recevoir en contant mon histoire. En toute humilité j'ai donc décidé de l'écrire tout d'abord pour celui grâce à qui je me sens vivante, puis pour tout ceux qui auraient la curiosité de connaître notre aventure de part et d'autre de l'océan atlantique. Une première lettre reçue à 14 ans va des années plus tard bouleverser le court de mon existence. Tout eu lieu un 5 mai, jour d'une bataille mémorable entre le Mexique et la France où nous étions repartis la baguette entre les jambes et le béret en berne. Ce livre est une tranche de vie écrit sans langue de bois, avec des traits d'humour. La rencontre d'un correspondant mexicain qu'elle connait depuis la moitié de sa vie par lettres interposées. Les choix ou les non choix qu'elle aura à faire. Sacrifier ce possible amour, risquer de détruire leur amitié ou tout lâcher, famille, amis, travail pour lui.
About the Author: Née le 28 Avril 1979, à Vichy (03). Fille unique mais pas élevée en tant que telle, elle reçu de ses parents des valeurs essentielles telles que l'écoute, l'entraide, l'empathie, la volonté, le goût du dépassement, du tout est possible si l'on y croit, qu'il faut se battre dans la vie, mais que chacun peut trouver sa place sans avoir à écraser son voisin. Diplômée des Beaux-Arts de Saint-Etienne en communication visuelle et multimédia. Elle se spécialise par la suite en marketing Internet, secteur d'activité dans lequel elle exerce depuis sept ans. A l'âge de 14 ans, elle débute ses correspondances avec des pays de langue anglophone tout d'abord, puis elle se tourne vers le Mexique et le Pérou. Arturo et Romy, ses amis mexicain et péruvienne deviennent pendant plus de la moitié de ma vie, elle a 29 ans aujourd'hui des guides, des soutiens, le tout à 10 000 kilomètres de chez elle. Puis un 5 mai, elle rencontre à Paris son correspondant mexicain. Au fil des jours, elle s'aperçoit que ce qu'elle ressent pour lui est bien plus fort que de l'amitié. Un an jour pour jour après leur première rencontre ils se marient civilement en France, puis au Mexique où elle ira le rejoindre.
