About the Book

English summary: Until now, there has been no complete procedural ordinance for the administration process. The Federal Code of Administrative Court Procedures indicates those places in the civil procedural law where it does not possess any regulations. The adoption of the civil procedural law is stretched to its limits when the regulations do not agree with the function of the legal administrative procedures. Such situations were decided on a case-by-case basis within the course, without a perceptively clear line of argument. Jakob Nolte considers the legal basis and the boundaries for the transmission of the civil procedural law into the legal administrative procedures. This work is, therefore, concerned with a dogmatically appropriate systematization of the selective adoption of the civil procedural law. The author demonstrates a clear line between the functions and the principles of the legal administrative procedures and the solution to problems of implementation in individual cases. In doing so, the author is particularly keen to establish a clear legal system in the implementation of various reference systems of the Federal Code of Administrative Court Procedures.
