About the Author: Thomas Sattelberger ist einer der renommiertesten Personalentwickler in Deutschland. Seit 1994 ist er Leiter des Bereiches Führungskräfte und Personalentwicklung bei der Deutschen Lufthansa AG, Frankfurt am Main. Von 1982 bis 1988 war er verantwortlich für das Betriebliche Bildungswesen der Motoren- und Turbinen-Union GmbH (MTU) München, seit Dezember 1985 zusätzlich zuständig für das Zentralreferat Bildung leitende Führungskräfte der MTU-Gruppe. 1989 leitete er die Hauptabteilung "Management-, Verkaufs- und Fachtraining" bei der Mercedes-Benz AG, Stuttgart. 1990 bis 19943 war er Leiter der Zentralen Bildung der Deutschen Aerospace AG, München.
