About the Author: Prof. Dr. Ralf Reichwald ist Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Betriebswirtschaftslehre - Information, Organisation und Management an der TU München.
Prof. Dr. Martin Baethge ist Leiter des Soziologischen Forschungsinstituts an der Universität Göttingen.
Jorun Cramer war wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin des Lehrstuhls für Betriebswirtschaftslehre - Information, Organisatiion und Management an der TU München und ist heute freiberuflich tätig.
