Dies steigert den Zwang kostengünstig und dennoch effektiv zu arbeiten. Sie müssen ihre Teilnehmer_innen von Angeboten und Konzepten überzeugen, um diese als Kunden zu gewinnen und zu behalten. Eine große Rolle die Qualität dieser Angebote zu sichern, spielen die Methoden, welche Wissen vermitteln. Sind Kurse nicht teilnehmer_innengerecht gestaltet, so brechen die Teilnehmer_innen den Kurs ab, belegen keine weiterführenden Angebote oder nehmen andere Institutionen in Anspruch. Wie im Seminar "Inklusive Erwachsenenbildung" insistiert, gibt es einen allmählichen Paradigmenwechsel in der Erwachsenenbildung und Menschen mit Behinderung werden bei Anbietern von Erwachsenenweiterbildung allmählich als Zielgruppe erkannt. Hier fehlt es bisher nicht nur an inklusiven Angeboten, sondern auch an Methoden, wie Kurse nicht nur theoretisch, sondern auch faktisch inklusiv gestaltet werden können. Konträre Ansichten der einzelnen Teilnehmer_innen können in jedem Angebot der Bildung dazu führen, dass die Durchführung der Gruppenarbeit- und in Folge dessen die Vermittlung von Lerninhalten eines Angebots- verzögert oder ganz verhindert werden.
