About the Book
It is nice to be independent and live on your own but it also has a downside to it; it means you have to cook your own food whether you like it or not. Although some of the best chefs in the world are men, many bachelors simply don't like cooking but are forced to because it is almost impossible to live on fast food only. With this book, it doesn't matter if you already know how to cook or don't like it, they are easy to prepare and all of them can be prepared in less than 15 minutes. Even though they are quick and easy, they are still delicious. The instructions are clear and the ingredients simple, so all you need to do is choose the recipe that you want to try first and head to your kitchen. Once you have mastered your first recipe, I assure you that you will be more than excited to try your hand at another one and impress your friends and maybe your girlfriend, if you have one. This book isn't only for bachelors. If you simply want a nice homemade meal but you don't want to stand in the kitchen all day, here are 18 of the best main dish recipes that you can make in record time. So roll up your sleeves, get into the kitchen, and work your magic! (c) 2016 All Rights Reserved ! About the Author: Deborah Ferguson, one of America's most prolific chefs, belongs to a new generation of experienced home cooks. Eager to experiment and create new recipes of her own, her creativity and passion for cooking are extensively depicted in her amazingly detailed books. Born in New York City, Deborah was first exposed as a child to good cooking in her parents' restaurant, Flamingo. At 19, she began her full-time apprenticeship at The Sofitel Paris, before joining the The Hilton New York City for 7 years specializing in culinary research and development. Deborah has been with the United States Culinary Institute of Special Programs since 1998. There she provides regular cooking demonstrations and student consultations, in addition to planning and implementing special events and programs with the school. Chef Deborah would like to invite you into her kitchen to share all her secrets, exploring hundreds of home-style recipes that have been part of her family's heritage for many years. Her memoir has been a consistent bestseller following its original publication in 2003. She has published over 25 books, the most recent of which demonstrated her Grandma's recipes and few classic works.
