Zuerst wird das Unternehmen Miss Frida näher vorgestellt und danach wird auf die Customer Journey anhand des Online-Stores eingegangen. Auch Offsite-Kanäle werden berücksichtigt. Als Nächstes wird Miss Frida mit einem anderen Online-Shop verglichen. Im Weiteren wird dargestellt, wie Miss Frida als stationärer Handel aussehen würde und wo die Unterschiede in der Customer Journey liegen. Dazu wird aufgezeigt, welche positiven und negativen Implikationen ein Umstieg auf einen Online Händel mit sich ziehen würde. Außerdem wird auf die Sortimentspolitik eingegangen und ob Miss Frida ein Spezialist oder Generalist ist. In dem Zuge werden auch die Begriffe: E-Content, E-Commerce, E-Context und E-Connection beschrieben. Auch das Geschäftsmodell und der Betriebstyp im Online-Handel von Miss Frida werden aufgezeigt. Als Vorletztes werden die 3 Formen des E-Orderings beschrieben und grafisch dargestellt. Zuletzt wird eine Reflexionsübung durchgeführt, bei der die strategische Entscheidung der Gründerin hinterfragt wird, Miss Frida als Online-Unternehmen zu lancieren.
