Artie learns to navigate his big elephant-sized feelings by taking time to listen to each one and calmly whispering comforting words of advice until his elephant emotions become calm once again.

Cat LeMaster is an illustrator from Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated from Vanderbilt with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and is passionate about the world of children's illustration and its ability to imbue magic on the mundane and everyday. When she is not illustrating, LeMaster works as a printmaker for Ascend Amphitheater, creating posters for artists such as Train, Rex Orange County, and The Goo Goo Dolls. Inspired by Nashville's own Hatch Show Print, she hopes to preserve the practice of traditional relief printing. She spends her free time working in art consultation, framing, and installation for Chelsea Arts.
