Um das Humankapital im Rahmen guter Arbeitgebermarken (Employer Brands) zu stärken, bieten Arbeitgeber Benefits, v. a. freiwillige Sozialleistungen, an. Gerade kleinere Betriebe können jedoch nicht alles, vom Wellnessprogramm, bis zum Stipendium, finanzieren. Gegenstand vorliegender Studie ist es daher, wesentliche Leistungen und Einflussfaktoren zu identifizieren, die positiv auf die Arbeitsattraktivität (Employer Attractiveness) wirken. Sie erfahren mit dieser Studienarbeit, welche Maßnahmen für die Steigerung der Arbeitsattraktivität unerlässlich sind und welche Maßnahmen weniger effektiv sind. So können Sie Ihre Benefit-Ressourcen optimal einsetzen. Mit den richtigen Maßnahmen können Sie die Mitarbeiterbindung stärken und zur langfristigen Fachkräftesicherung beitragen. Die Studie richtet sich an alle im Personalwesen tätigen Personen und ist als Hilfsmittel für die Auswahl geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Arbeitsattraktivität verstehen.
