About the Book

Trapped inside each one of us is an employer yearning to be released. There is an employer in you yearning to be released from an employee trap. God made us employers. But alas, many of us end up being employees without realizing the employer in us that God made us to be. We find ourselves, as the late Man of God Myles Munroe put it, doing jobs we do not enjoy for the sake of a salary or a wage. Even for those who enjoy their jobs, most of them are in such jobs simply for sustenance. They spend most of their lives working hard to end up getting little compared to what they would have got if say they were employers. Each one of us is carrying a "child" called an employer inside us waiting to be given birth to or we die with that child in us .The secret to giving birth to this child is in repositioning yourself from having an employee mind to having an employer mind. In this first series, with many more to come on the Employer in You, you will, among other things, discover how it worked out for Jacob in the enterprise for Laban as recorded in Genesis30:25-43 and Genesis 31. If you apply the same principles Jacob used, you can see turnaround in your economic situation.
About the Author: Simon Mbuyi Kayekesi, lives in Lusaka, Zambia. Having started as a teacher with a diploma in mathematics, he pursued the academic route and got an advanced Diploma in mathematics, then pursued a Degree in Economics and public Administration and later got a Masters in Economic Policy Management. He is now about to get a Doctorate in Business Administration. Despite what he considers a lot of investment academically and professionally, this has not translated into economic well being. He has observed on the other side of the world people with less education than him becoming economically sound. His study of the Bible in Genesis30:25-43 and Genesis 24, 26 and 31 has made him come to conclude that what makes economic difference is not really being educated or not being educated. Re-positioning oneself to have an employer mind is what makes a difference. Hence his sharing the insights on the Employer in You.
