Je cherche à étudier l'effet du mode de vie sur les enfants obèses. D'après mes travaux antérieurs, le domaine de la nutrition devrait permettre de résoudre de nombreux problèmes à l'avenir. Nous examinerons donc les aspects physiques, biochimiques et psychologiques de l'alimentation et du mode de vie. En tant que biochimiste, je comprends la relation et l'interaction biochimique entre les aliments et leurs métabolites qui réagissent avec le corps humain. Mais qu'en est-il de la procédure qui amène les aliments à notre corps, qu'en est-il de l'interaction psychologique et environnementale avec notre corps ? Je me suis rendu compte que nous devions d'abord chercher la cause avant de traiter les symptômes. Qui est responsable de l'obésité infantile, qui cible la psychologie de nos chers enfants, la réponse est la publicité télévisée ? Les publicités télévisées essaient de vous faire plaisir en achetant et en mangeant. Il n'est pas nécessaire de manger quelque chose pour se sentir heureux. Certains sont d'accord avec moi, d'autres non. Nous devrions empêcher nos enfants de regarder la télévision, ou ce n'est pas la solution. Les enfants devraient être habitués dès leur plus jeune âge aux points de vue positifs et négatifs de notre société. Le livre pour qui est motivant en matière d'obésité infantile, de nutrition et de psychologie.
