About the Author: The English Language Grammar Reference & Teacher's Guide ( Second Edition - paperback book ) is the most comprehensive compact English as a Second Language ( ESL / EFL ) teacher resource available. The author, C. Neil Linton was born in New Zealand. As a teenager he migrated with his parents to Oliver, British Columbia, Canada. Six years later he moved to the United States where he resided for eleven years. He has been a successful ESL teacher in New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, and Japan.
