Duffy, Tony is confronted with a soul-searching decision that has him in turmoil with many sleepless nights. His most trusted and thought to be loyal friends and confidants have agreed to cooperate with the Government against him to help them secure his conviction and send him to his grave. Tony has only two options placed before him; that's not much to choose from. He can become a turn-coat snitch for the Government as the others, or remain stead-fast on his morals and principles, which he truly believes in, and roll the dice. If Tony rolls the dice and craps out, it could mean a life sentence that would keep Tony in federal prison for the remainder of his life with no possibility of parole. About the Author: The Author from 1992-2006 served 14 years of the life sentence in the Penitentiaries of USP Terre Haute, USP Atlanta, USP Edgefield and Medium High FCI Miami. This was during a time when officers same as inmates Being butchered like wild animals for what most in society would find unbelievable and label as petty but very serious senseless crimes.Respect was the key to survival in these dungeons. It was rumored by credible official sources that the author's sentencing judge stated that he has always been troubled by the case and the sentence that the author received. March 2005 the same judge reduced the author's sentence to 360 months/30 years. Six months later the judge passed. If not for this intervention of mercy the author would still remain to serve what's considered a death sentence in the federal system. A year later in 2006 the author was transferred to Yazoo City (low) In the State of Mississippi where he remained for more than seven years before being transferred to Yazoo City (Camp). At the time of the publishing of "The Enterprise" The author is in custody at Yazoo City Camp awaiting months before entering the Residential Drug Program to complete a 9 months process that will restore the author's long awaited freedom after serving years. Don't do the crime if you can't or don't want to do the time. I'm a living testimony that it's definitely not worth the penalty you could have to pay.
