Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Entwurf von aktiven, zeitkontinuierlichen Filtern in BiCMOS-Technologie. Nach der theoretischen Betrachtung des Filterentwurfs ist ein Bandpass-Referenzfilter für die Datenkommunikation zu entwerfen und anschließend in eine aktive Struktur, basierend auf linearisierten Transkonduktanzen (Gm-C), umzusetzen. Ein Filter 2. Ordnung mit einer Mittenfrequenz von 1,5 MHz und einer Bandbreite von 150 kHz soll den Ansprüchen an die Selektion und an das Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis genügen.
