About the Book

In life, we all have impediment barriers. Here's a collection of poems to prove all your demons wrong.
About the Author: My soul is trapped inside of a temple that stands at the height of 4'3, brown skin full of melanin, curvy hips and long dreadlocks with a prosthetic leg on the right side. No, I'm not a little person. I am however, Blessed to see another day in the strange world on this strange planet inside of this strange body. It's a privilege to be able to say I am a human as it is vexatious because nobody ever understands the life of a God chosen intellectual. Chicken little was right The sky is falling. Faith over fear has always been my mentality although I've been placed in the center of an omnidirectional freeway by the sound of other human voices and the realities that they thought we shared together. I was born in Washington DC but I spent a lot of time moving around the east coast transferring from school to school Kentucky, DC, Maryland (PG county) and Martinsburg West Virginia where I graduated High School by the skin on my teeth. I was 18 years old when I left home and got on the flight to LAX to come to school for acting. Everything prior to that I would say is irrelevant because it's not the present. It's not about where you come from or how you got there it's all about where you are now and what's to come as you keep growing and allowing god to use you. Sure I've been through alot and I'm sure you have as well but I see no reason to ponder on things we can't change but change the things we can and understand that when it's time to rise up we are accountable for the way we think, the execution of our mental and how we're going to live in the next moment. When the romans approached Jesus and said we are looking for Jesus Christ of the Nazareth Jesus said unto them "I am he." He went through his crucifixion, died destroyed their temple and then rose again. Because he lives, the face of the present awaits us with no worries. I've been diagnosed with bipolar from loved ones due to the outcome of not putting my thoughts first and I purchased a ticket to temptation that kept my heart warm in the wrong place for the wrong people for too long. All I'm trying to say is it's nothing to stay focused. Your mind works, don't settle for less than what you deserve and don't let anybody play you for something that you're not. Stay aware of your surroundings as a matter of fact stay to yourself because you become what you surround yourself by. With God all things are possible and never beat yourself up for setting and trying to reach unrealistic goals. There is no such thing as failure when passion is present keep moving forward God loves you and so do I please for God's sake Start processing the idea and make the difference in the world that serves your purpose. We are all one body we are all needed, and we are all expected to succeed. May God bless you, peace hope and prosperity to all that are reading. Thank you, be blessed.
