While it is true that faith is a virtue that pleases God ....it is not true that all kinds of faith will bear fruits...and until your faith bears fruits you are not going to get results.
Jesus in the Bible Make us to understand that the size of faith does not matter only the presence of faith.
He said if you have the size of a mustard seed it is not enough to move mountains.
Key to application
If you have the faith and you are ready to apply it then the question is which faith will bring you results?
The kind of faith that will bring results is not sense faith.
(Faith that is based on what you see and touch like Thomas)
Not religious faith.
(Faith in the church or the person of your spiritual leader)
Not personal determination (Faith in your self)
Not faith in the testimonies of others.
(Though this can stir you up but it cannot work for you...just like peter was sinking when Jesus asked him to walk on water you cannot use the faith of another to achieve your own testimonies)
The faith that will work for you is a revelation faith
This is the faith of the centurion this is the faith of the woman with the issue of blood this is the faith of the blind bartimause this is the faith of the woman that Jesus compared to a dog this is the faith of peter when he said Jesus is the son of God.
The problems with some people is they lack revelation of who Jesus is and what God can do for them.
Some people have hope (hope is faith in the future) but you don't need a future faith like Mary and Martha what you need is faith in the immediate (like now)
And the good news is God is ready for you now.
My counsel is: go for a special faith retreat. Get two books on faith, don't take your phone with you plan it and seek the face of God.
I can assure you by the time you are through God will manifest to you in a way nobody can explain because you cannot explain God
God cannot be explained rather He will be revealed.
