About the Book

Ferdinand the Parrot was born without color. He came upon the character of a kind wise old owl who helped Ferdinand on a jopurney. "The old owl told Ferdinand to go to the woods where the trees are colored bright. He said, "stay in each tree for one day and one night"." There in the woods, Ferdinand acquired all the colors of the rainbow to make him complete. A fictional rhyming children's book with brilliant colorful illustrations. It is a fun, light-hearted book for children to read. Children learn in a clever rhyming way, all the colors of the rainbow. It teaches children the importance of kindness from others, as well.
