About the Author: Saba started her fitness career tender age of 69 while publicizing her innovative workout book, Saba's Autosize, that focuses on building both the body and the mind. On a longshot that defied common, she entered the International Natural Bodybuilding Association's competitive Bikini Diva Contest in 2012. Since then, Saba has hosted a radio show on fitness learning even more about health, fitness, and anti-aging along the way and has won first place in her division in every INBA competition to date. She also qualified for Team USA and competed internationally against entrants from 23 countries - where she has won 1st place in her division for five years consecutive years. Now, at 75-years young bikini diva/sports model and anti-aging expert who inspires others to use affirmations, visualization and Think it, Do it, Be it methodology to get and remain fit for life. Starting at age 6, Emmy Award-winning Saba has been front of or behind the camera and continued to win awards. She has worked as a dancer/choreographer, actress, stunt girl, stand-up comedienne, writer, producer, and director of media and on stage. She even had a stint in the circus. For the past 30 years, Saba has held improvisation workshops for kids, adults, and families. She and her husband Jeff created and developed some life-affirming workshops together. As part of this work, they both became licensed by the state as Spiritual Practitioners in 2006, to counsel people facing life's challenges, which led to the Life Play workshops, which has taken them across the country doing this work. On Sundays, the work with 'tweens at various Centers for Spiritual Living centers. Saba is also a published author of a children's book, Dinosaurs & Donuts; Autosize, a workout CD, an anti-aging book entitled Changing Your Thinking, Change Your Body alongside workout videos, a cookbook for non-cooks and the Conscious Gambler, on how to take the gambling out of gambling. In May 2017, Saba was featured in Thinking Aloud, created by Mickey Flanagan's UK-based 7Wonders Production where she was featured driving the comedian around town discussing life while teaching him how to Autosize. In December of 2017, Saba was featured in Heidi Diouf's book, The Superpower Playbook in chapter 11 as The Limitless Achiever; Celebrate Goals. Saba balance her creative endeavors with valued family time spent with her two children, four stepchildren, nine grandchildren and loving husband, Jeff
